Based on my experience this thermometer is such a lifesaver in my kitchen. It reads extremely accurately and has helped me maintain the right temperature for my dishwasher. The compact design is a huge plus, as it doesn't take up too much space .The only downside is the price, BUT it's worth it for the convenience and accuracy it provides..
