Bought this system as a way for elderly parent to get our attention from another part of the house when needed help or in an emergency. Not too hard to program or pair. Really liked the option of the pendant style and/or the wrist style. Both have come in handy. Have them sitting on tables, hanging high and low, on her wrist, and have used Command strips to attach at door. Love the wrist option. Biggest drawback is the pendant style is too cumbersome and weighty to feel comfortable to wear all the time; would be much better if could be even a bit lighter and smaller. Haven't missed the receiver chime selected yet though when my parent pushed it when I was home. Note: It doesn't work outside the house so we have also had to get another kind of unit for parent to get help if an emergency and we are not at home at the time.
