The product seemed well made and of commercial quality upon arrival. After approximately 1 week of use a few issues started to arise. The first being a minor issue with the valve not shutting off the water immediately after closure how're this may be how this faucet was designed which is ok. The second issue being more of a structural one. The pivot of the faucet where the hose and spring meet the actual faucet assembly and valve seems to be coming loose. Both these issues are highlighted in the attached video.Edit #1This initial edit is going to be strictly based on customer service as I haven't yet had an opportunity to install the new faucet. Upon posting my review friho contacted me offering me a replacement or full refund. No questions asked. As I've stated I loved the faucet and wanted a new one that hopefully doesn't have the flaws as described. They shipped me a new faucet immediately and were quick to send emails with updates and information about my replacement faucet. I'm beyond satisfied with the customer service aspect of this company and for that alone I'll be back to purchase more products from them. I'm raising my overall rating to a 4 star at the moment as I haven't had the time to install and test the new product. However, if I would give them a solid 5 stars on customer service alone. Great job friho. I'll make make sure to post an update once I've replaced the faucet.Edit #2After weeks busy family life i was finally able to install my replacement faucet. After about a weeks worth of use there is no issue to be found. the faucet works like a dream. Thankyou friho for your amazing customer service and consistant communication. I'm more than satisified with my purchase and would buy from them again!
