I bought this when my gym shut down as a cheaper alternative to the Bosu ball they had there. It definitely gets the job done as far as using it for stability exercises by itself or with dumbells, but the straps it comes with are totally useless in my opinion. They feel cheap and have almost zero resistance to them. I wasn't particularly counting on using them, so it doesn't really bother me. Plus since it has the loops on the sides, I imagine that you could probably buy other ones to attach if necessary. Over all I'm relatively happy with it.
