These shapewear undies don't really lift or shape anything, they are the type that just squeezes everything down and makes you look and feel like a sausage. My booty was flattened, my curves disappeared, and I muffin topped over them. They don't hit high enough and since there's no shape to them, it's not flattering. Shapewear has come a long way and these remind me of the bad ones from years past. They run a bit small. I'm 5'9, 170lbs, size large or 10/12, and I really had to struggle to get into the L/XL. They are not comfortable at all and I could barely breathe since they shove everything up. When they first arrived, I didn't think I'd be able to get into them at all because they look tiny, but they do stretch to fit.
