This keyboard has been in use by me since November 2022. There haven't been any grievances or criticisms in all this time. The problem only affected the left Ctrl and Shift keys (the key legs became free and could only be pressed directly). The keyboard is no longer matte in appearance. I didn't play any games, so I can't assess how well they performed or whether there were any delays. Based on the usage statistics, I switched the entire office to using these kits; everyone is content, and there are no complaints.
