For reference, I'm 5'8", 155 lbs, 36C. The large fit perfectly - not too tight, not too loose. The rouching on the front isn't true rouching, it's just excess loose material. It still looks good, though. Also, there isn't a separate liner, so be aware that the dress may cling a bit in areas. The sleeves are a straight cut, so the opening at the wrist is larger than I expected, but it looks nice.
