In detail: we bought this lawn mower to replace our old GARDENA PowerMax 36E, which we have been using for more than 7 years and were satisfied. PowerMax 1800/42 bought in Leroy Merlin (not on any market). Received, unpacked, began to mow. Literally on the second mowing, the wife rolled the mower "the handle broke" - after inspection, I found out that the bolt that holds the handle (the lower mount of the handle) was not completely tightened and untwisted. I had to take it apart and screw it all together. it's good that not a single detail was lost in the grass when mowing! In the future, it was repeatedly noticed that the PowerMax 1800/42 cuts grass more than cuts it. That is, even the PowerMax 36E did not have this, although the old and less powerful, and already worn out. I also note that it is much less convenient to remove / install the grass collector than the old model - the crossbar of the main handle interferes. A month after the purchase and careful (! ) operation, the attachment of the grass catcher handle broke off at the lawn mower (see photo). I called Gardena with this question, I was addressed to the service center, where I turned. There I was told that I needed to bring the entire mower to the service, and not just the grass catcher. Which of course is extremely inconvenient - because it is bulky and heavy. Yes, and to Hong Kong (service) I am 75 km away. Well, I packed up and went to the service. Brought the whole mower to them. An employee of the service center examined her and answered literally the following: ". well, what do you want from me? You have a mechanical breakdown here, I won’t write anything about this problem in Gardena, because they will refuse you anyway! " And then he offered me to buy such a pen from him. I suggested that he take a photo and send it to Gardena, but again I was refused that ". he will not deal with such nonsense, since he is sure that the issue cannot be resolved . For now, I can recommend using previous models instead of new ones that break almost immediately.
