so far so good, it is my first time buying from this vendor or this product specifically. I ordered a total of 4 chairs, they looked like it does in the add and arrived on time and good condition. each chair was in two pieces, and well protected for shipping. All hardware, 4 bolts, and 4 washers as well as the needed wrench tool, more time was spent unwrapping the parts than assembly. As a frequent purchaser of white plastic chairs for a small office, our issues tend to come from extensive casual use and wear. While the "style" works for our environment, most often these types of products have cracked and become unusable from frequent casual use and strains over a year. In having these for less than a week, these chairs seem to be a little stronger and at a better price point this is more desirable than others; but seeing how they last over time will truly determine my happiness with this purchase.
