These are those go to shorts for hot summer days, hiking, camping, pretty much anything fun outdoors. The "cut offs" are made from that stretch denim that has lots and lots of stretch (for denim). The legs look short but they seemed longer on the pair I got. They certainly weren't too short like some are, and they don't ride up like some shorts tend to do. The fit was about what I expected, but they have enough stretch that the sizing is pretty flexible. These will gets lots of use, can't wait for a hot summer day!
