I love this little gadget. During the pandemic, I learned to cool. One thing that was always a challenge was pasta, and getting a nice even roll. I searched these pasta rollers all the time but never bit the bullet and purchased one. Now, as winter comes, I thought pasta will be my cooking project. After looking at so many pasta rollers, and reading the reviews, I chose this one for a simple reason. the suction cup. I didn’t see any others that had a nice suction cup on the bottom, so I can place it anywhere on the counter rather than only using a clamp. With this unit, I have the option of either mounting method, which is great. Sometimes, you don’t want it on the edge of the counter.The roller works very well, and is super easy to use. You start on the thicker settings, and slowly make it thinner to the desired thickness with a simple turn of the knob.If you’re looking to make fresh pasta (which nothing beats!), do yourself the favor and make this small investment. It’ll save a lot of time and frustrations!
