Someone ask me if this is warm. Go ahead, ask. Because I'm dying to report that No, it's not just warm, it's TOASTY! The construction and materials used seem to work together to radiate your body heat within the confines of this jacket to keep you perfectly warm, but not hot, on even the most frigid days. The removable hat is also a keeper= the tie chin straps allow you to cinch it in around your noggin while the removeability (<--- word? lol) is a convenient option when a hood is just too much, in your way, or makes you look like a total doofus (like it does me). I'll take Warm over "Cool" any day though (*snort* see b what I did right there?).I've had this washed thrice with no evident shrinking, pilling, or deterioration of the materials in any way= it pops out of the dryer just as fluffy and cozy and warm as it was on its way into the washer.Men, don't let the "fluffy, cozy, warm" type words scare you. for all intents and purposes, you're wearing a flannel shirt hoodie as far as anyone can visibly see. It's your little secret that wearing this "manly" jacket hugs you like the softest teddy bear on the inside ;). This would be called "the best of both worlds"= enjoy!
