Bought these for my zen retreat and meditation practice and it is the exact type of pants that I wanted to acquire.The materials are breathable polyester that’s extremely lightweight. Very low resistance when you’re trying to lift your legs and stretch, or jumping up. The cords can be adjusted and tied on your waist to make sure it doesn’t fall down if you have heavy pocket items. The range of flexibility the width of these pants provide allows you to do extensive stretching and running.Using these for meditation is great because you don’t feel the excess weight that most cotton pants do. These also allow you to sit for long hours without worrying the sweat that might accumulate in your sweaty parts. I would recommend them for people who are engaging in these activities. However, for people who are looking for tighter fit pants, to ride bikes or rock climbing, I would not recommend these, since these are loose fit.
