I heeded the reviews saying that this ran small, so upon reading them I ordered a 2XL for my 5'6" 152lbs frame, bra 38C, normally Ladies size L. Dear god, I was swimming in that one. It was huge. I returned that one (which was a breeze to do), and ordered an XL. Still a bit too big. Returned XL (still easy) and got a Large. Finally fit, though had to be laced to touching. I could have probably fit a Med, but I was out of time for shipping. The corset itself is decent, about average quality for the price. I wore for a group costume for approx 9 hours, including dancing and it held up though it all. My only complaints are about the hook and eye in front. They were a bit difficult to line up and get them all hooked, the bottom two needed some contorting to get the boning to bend slightly to hook. Once it was on, it fit fine and came off easy. Also, there is a gap between the edges when hooked, that you can see skin through. It is pretty small, but I noticed it. Not sure if other people did when up close.
