This helmet is a complete waste of money. The strap is flimsy and the helmet is not adjustable, which results in an uncomfortable fit. Sports and Outdoors should not be selling such poorly made products.Based on my experience it is not safe to use while cycling. if you're looking for a reliable helmet, keep looking..
