I'm fairly petite and usually wear a medium. I order the XL so this fits like a super slouchy sweater. It looks awesome with skinny jeans. Sometimes I wear a small black waist belt with it. I loved it so much that I ordered it in blue. The only issue is the different colors are made from different fabrics. My gray sweater is made from a great fabric that doesn't shed, attract lint, or get fuzzy looking after being washed. The blue sweater doesn't look that great after being washed and needs to be lint rolled, etc. Also the blue sweater fits like a dress and is significantly longer. So just be aware there are inconsistencies with this product, but it has still worked out pretty well in my wardrobe.
