100% uncontrollable when extended

I had high hopes for this because it looked well built, and it indeed is but. when extended to reach my 16' gutters it was totally uncontrollable. Other reviews said it is very heavy, and it is but the harness worked very well. good idea, very well made, probably works great with less extension
