Ordered a size Large due to reviews. He is 35 inches long and just turned 2. The large fit him perfectly with about 2 inches to spare on leg room. I needed something a little more confined since the next size up was ginormous. Toddler just learned how to climb out and this was a life saver in preventing that so we could delay transitioning to toddler bed. The neckline is a little deeper than the halo sack, but I felt it was better to wear backwards than the halo one. The halo Large was the same size length but wider. They're pretty much the same sack but this brand you get 2 for the price of one. My toddler kept putting his feet through the neck hole out of frustration but after 3 times of me going in to his room to readjust he stopped trying and eventually gave up. Now he can wear his sleep sack forwards and not mess with the zipper or climb out. Sleep regression is hard, but we were able to make it through without having to try and transition to a toddler bed just yet!
