Extremely disappointed!

I purchased this charm just last week for a very special person in my life. She received it on Monday and then that following Friday came the disappointment. It has only been four days since she received it and is wearing it for the first time and a stone already fell off. It is extremely disappointing as I figured it would be a great present for a great person and this happens!
