Depending if you're petite or not, this is a cute cardigan with silver embellishments that would look lovely if you add it to a work outfit or pair it with sneakers, it would go with anything. I can say that I am partially petite but I still shrug my shoulders on that, since I have long arms so the sleeves are shorter on me, a gap of approximately 3 inches between my wrist and the sleeves of this cardigan which isn't really an issue at all since I have a few items of clothing similar to this. The quality is good also, cleanly sewn and made of 100% cotton, is comfortable to wear but slightly stiff due to the fabric. It looks as pictured, I am 5'3 and 123 lbs and I ordered an x-small which fits like a small in my opinion. Sizing varies by brand sometimes so I figured this may just be it.
