Not as pictured. The product pictures and product packaging all have a flip top which I believed meant it was a refillable case. But it's not. It's a holder pouch for a case which defeats the purpose. It's a case for those one-time travel pack of wipes. Eh. I will be returning this, unfortunately. And I love itzy ritzy!With that said. The case itself is great quality as expected from Itzy Ritzy. It's super stylish. If you use those travel one-time packs often and looking to style it up then this product is for you. But if you're looking for this as a refillable case, it is not.I just wish it was actually refillable. If it was I'd give this 6 stars.
