Can't beat this price and it seems to be very good quality.
This is a good product. I'm using this more as a preventative supplement though so no major changes. Just adding something that is extremely helpful to my health. I have been taking it daily with other great supplements and some how am functioning even on a average of 4 hrs of sleep a night for the last month and half. It seems to be helping with my stress and anxiety for sure also. I should be a wreck right now with the lack of sleep and other things happening around me. Worth a try and at this price you can't go wrong. Strong taste so be aware. I don't mind it. Therapeutic amounts range from 600 mg - 1800 mg taken throughout the day. I will trying that next to how it goes.
