First my stats. I'm 5'5" with a stubborn 39-40 inch waist and around 44 inch hips. Short waisted, I literally have no more then an inch or two from the bottom of my ribs to the top of my pelvic bone. Usually polos like this are too tight in the waist or hips, or run too long, or don't fit my 38c-d bust. This shirt does. It's VERY light and a nice mesh, I was looking for something to handle Florida's heat and humidity. It's stretchy and non-binding in all the places that it shouldn't bind, such as the sleeve hem and bottom hem. It's a flattering cut, mostly hides my fat roll while not being too tight at the hips. Correctly sized for a size Large, in my opinion. I also have small shoulders, this fits my shoulders without having TOO much extra space, yet I can see there is some extra fabric so no worries if I get a bit more muscled. Or if you are blessed with naturally larger shoulders. I look forward to getting additional shirts in different colors. Long story short I would say that this shirt fits like a women's shirt should fit, not a junior's shirt / slim cut.
