I'm 6'1 215lbs and wear a 34" wait on most of my jeans. Yeah I know, that's off a bit but I'm heavy-chested/arms, biggish thighs, but thin-waisted. So I figured XL was a good choice. I really like how these look and fit, but they run just a touch small. backside coverage is good. pouch accommodates larger size on the front. waist and leg cutouts need just a tad more girth. all-in-all, a good purchase.
