To start I'm 5'6 and weight 180lbs, chest size 36DD and waist size 31". And I have a bit of a pouch and a little bit of love handles. Not too much lower back fat and just a little bit up top. To help with the body size selection for you ladies. So i ordered the medium which would put me right inbetween their size suggestion. It is comfy. But there is a bit of room. So i would suggest definitely going through the comments first (hopefully I added some help) and get your best possible measurements. My opinion ordering a size down will give you that grip you are looking for to snatch your body. I will be ordering a size down and then will post an update in a week after using it!
