I bought a bunch of equipment to keep up my occupational therapy at home and this is one of my favorite pieces. I suggest this for anyone who is having problems with: hand grip, numbness/tingling in hands, or wrist pain when pressure is applied to hands (ie push ups).I have carpal tunnel & ganglion cyst in my wrist. One doctor told be to have the cyst drained, the other suggested the therapy. I'm happy I went with the therapy. Strengthening my hand has relieved nerve pressure on my wrist and reduced the size of the cyst, it's all but gone now.This is a great alternative and natural way to strengthen alling hands/wrist.
