The belt seems to be made quite well and should last well through the life of the heater itself and is a good general support. It comes with a flexible heating pad that’s easy installed or removed by the two Velcro strips that are on the pad and in place on the belt itself, which makes it quick and easy. They also included a battery pack that fits snugly into the custom pocket that is made in the belt and an regular USB plug to charge it from a 120v plug at home. I’m actually really happy with it but, I do need to stress that it doesn’t get warm enough to make me feel like it’s therapy but, I’ve never had a belt with one that did. So, aside from the quality of the belt being respectable, though the heat isn’t super warm, if you’re one that can really suffer with the cold on you at times, as I deal with, this thing helps to give me support and definitely keeps me from the cold making me ache. I’m really happy with it and if what I just said about the heat and the quality of the belt applies to you, I’d definitely recommend it! Oh, the battery pack that comes with it can be charged by two types of USB too; a Micro or a USB C plug and I thought that was great!
