I've worn these twice so far, first to a water park and they protected my feet from the hot concrete which was nice. If you do a lot of walking the bottom liner can move around a bit but it's not too bad.The picture I included is with liners removed, they can be put back in easily and everything dries quicker that way. I took the pic after a day on the river so they're a little dirty but they looked great new. They were really nice for the river bc they gave me grip on slippery rocks.As far as size goes, I wear a Women's size 8 shoe and I got the 4-5 Men's size and they were a little big after getting wet, but they never fell off. I think if I bought again I would do a size smaller but I also have thin feet so just noting that info for future buyers!
