More of a gloss on my review.
This product is very moisturizing and sits nicely on top of other products. I would definitely say the consistency is more of a thick gloss than a balm, but it’s not sticky.
- Works well as a base for lipsticks or lip glosses
- May not be suitable for those with specific lip concerns such as cold sores
