Battery quality is horrible
I bought this for my brother for his birthday less than 30 days ago and when the battery was low (for the first time ever since purchasing) it was plugged in to charge, battery said the charge was full but when my brother went to use his jacket again the battery wouldn't even turn on. So now he has a basic (non-heated) jacket.
