Good product, too low to the ground.
I bought this product for the purpose of exercising in my home and have to say it is very sturdy and versatile. However, it is too low to the ground, and will replace this item with either an adjustable bench from Flybird or Bowflex.
- Can be used with dumbbells for weightlifting exercises
- The product may not be suitable for those with back pain
