I bought this for work and love it. Sleeves have a slight balloon feel but can fit in a jacket easily. They can be rolled 1x for more of a 3/4 sleeve if you prefer. I am 5'3" and 129lbs and a Medium fits perfectly. Being short, this cropped sweater is weather-appropriate and flattering.
