In January, 2022 I purchased a FYC Treadmill using the Ebay app to do so. It was my first treadmill. Shortly after I started using it, I had questions about a specific feature of the treadmill. I emailed Ebay to ask questions but, I was told that I needed to speak directly to someone at FYC, because they were a third-party vendor. But that they would contact FYC to let them know that they needed to contact me. The Ebay representative stated that FYC should contact me within 24-48 hours to respond to my questions. That is exactly what happened! I had several questions and a couple of request. Subsequently, after our first email’s, I initiated several more over a period of 3-4 days. In every single case I received a response within 24 hours. FYC’s response time gives a whole new meaning to "customer service” and "customer satisfaction”! I am satisfied!
