The original product I ordered had the belt strap holder come unsewn the second time I used it. I called the number listed, that came in the package in the product. They were great and with no hesitation at all sent me a replacement. (They sent new of everything, the training pouch, potty bags, clicker and collapsible water bowl, not just the training pouch.) It was delivered promptly and I wanted to use it several times before I wrote a review. I figured the first issue was just a fluke but wanted to be sure. I have used this training pouch almost daily for several weeks now with no issues at all. I love that I can store my ID, money and keys securely in it and can strap it around my waist for ease of use but also have other options on how to carry it.I would give this product 5 stars except 1) I feel there is always room for improvement 2) I wish the treat compartment had another way to seal that was more secure and more airtight. My solution for this, so I don't have to empty out any treats not used and can keep it clean, is to place the training treats in a ziplock bag before putting them in the pouch. I can still have easy access to the treats but can seal them up until I am ready to train and reseal once done to ensure fresh treats for our next session.I highly recommend this training pouch.
