Background hum with amplifier
When I used this PS to run a small amplifier, there was a low background hum that didn't change volume when the volume knob was turned. I put in a different PS, one that came with an old hard drive, and the hum went away. It would be nice if someone could test these PS's to evaluate power fluctuations. I am sure it will be fine for other less critical applications, like running LED lights.
