I like that the vest definitely generates heat and the1 zip operation keeps it from riding around your waist or popping open. What I don't like is the average person who buy this will not already have those abs on the model therefore the front of the vest should fit differently. Mine raises about midway my belly while exercising or moving around I have to keep pulling it down and it still does not cover the bottom of my stomach. I have seen some fast results in the past month as the vest overall is fitting looser or I've stretched it 🤔.it does have a flap on the back I guess for those with wrap around handles or spare tire. Just wish it was slightly longer on the front.
