Waste of Money for my opinion
Based on my observations, this PRE-WORKOUT supplement did not live up to its advertised claims of increasing energy and endurance .While I did experience a slight boost in motivation it was short-lived and not worth the price. The taste was also unpleasant and left a strange aftertaste..
