In order to fill out the cups of the smaller size bras I'm getting now, and still have the side boobage ( sloppy skin hanging on the side of my breasts) tucked into the cups, I needed to get some small padding to help fill out the cups to get a more natural look.I like the pads, and thier adjustable fit to where y need the help. However, even after washing them gently by hand, and allowing them to dry naturally, they still put of a slight "foam" smell if you know what I mean.It's not strong, but filters up to my nose and bugs me.I didn't want silicone pads, because I figured they'd make my skin sweat more.They might work for others, if they aren't bothered by the smell they put out when worn.
