Great customer support and great net so far
Ordered as a birthday gift for my son. When we received the package we did not have the correct poles to assemble. We had two identical instead of ones that would connect. I submitted a support ticket on their website late on a Tuesday evening. Had a response by Wednesday morning. Sent some photos and information, and had tracking info on my new pole less than an hour later.Net was easy to assemble and looks like it will work great as an extra training/practice tool for my son.
- The pitching and hitting net is useful for players of all skill levels
- Not suitable for teaching proper footwork
