I ordered the XXL, which is supposed to fit a 40D, a sister size of 44B. I expeted the bra to very tight, but to stretch over time. However, the band and the straps were way to loose from the start. There's no way this would offer any support during my workout. I'd consider trying a smaller size, but the cups were already to small. If I go down a size, I'd just be spilling out over the top. It also has a cheap feeling plastic zipper, higher quality zip bras usually have some type of clasp at the top of the cups to make it easier to zip up. This one doesn't so you may need a third hand to get it fastened.
