Overall I am quite happy with these silicon pans. I have baked both honey wheat bread, and sourdough bread. The loaves turn out well cooked and browned even on the bottom. I do spray a bit of non stick coating even though they say they are non stick.They are a bit smaller than I thought, even though the dimensions are clearly given, I didn’t bother to actually look at the measurements, my bad. The lips cool quickly so you can handle them.I would definitely recommend them.
