I am happy to be writing this review as a satisfied customer. This product was packaged well. It was enclosed in a seal and reopen bag. I was able to attach this VGA cable port to a Monread VGA to HDMI adapter. This allowed me to connect my two computer monitors together on my desktop. The both of these devices were a match made in heaven. First, I was able to attach both the VGA and HDMI adapter with this Benfei VGA cable port ( to the back of my 2nd computer monitor and the other end to my port in my desk drive). Second, I turned on my desk drive and two monitor buttoms. Third, Iogged in my computer screen and everything was set! I didn't do anything else. That was it! Thank you Benfei company for making a great device. I am 100% satisfied with what I wanted to accomplish today with turning my 2nd monitor on. I recommend this product who is trying to achieve this same goal.
