Design, color, and a tilt adjustment are all positives. You are able to swing, although the chair was not intended to be used in this manner:) despite its advantages. Poor quality of the foam rubber (the spot where you sit has become caked, and after a few months of vigorous use, you no longer feel softened; you sit virtually on the base). The back is difficult to put together because it is held together by self-tapping screws. No matter how much you grease or tighten the bolts, after several months of usage, the mechanism and the bolts both make a creaking sound. It's possible that some form of damper layer (a rubber gasket for each bolt) will be helpful with the bolts. The inferior quality of the metal used in the key that is included in the kit (which must be rapidly licked as it is brought up to prevent it from creaking).
