Perhaps this is a marriage or the specifics of this model, namely: it can randomly pour the amount of foam, despite the settings, even if you select strong coffee, the water flows clear, the coffee grounds are immediately sent to the tray, despite the coarseness of the grind, all the coffee after grinding / the filling ends up in the engine, all over the body and under the water compartment, very loud (compared to the cheaper models that we had), most of the ground coffee poured remains on the walls due to steam, a very large consumption of water and milk (2 drink is equal to a bottle of 1 liter). For the price, I expected much better functionality and quality. Now overwhelmed by the price increase. Issued a refund.
