It says all natural, but fragrance is in it

I contacted the company to ask them about the fragrance in this, and they didn't get back to me. Be aware that there's a fragrance in this. Heavy metals are neurotoxins. fragrances have heavy metals in them and don't have to list that, and chemical sensitive people are already full of heavy metals.
