I ordered it from a third party and it arrived damaged. Sent it back and reordered from revain, and it arrived in perfect condition. It's quiet and the door sealing tightly is a plus in my opinion (see other reviews). The seal does relax to normal after a few months. I think the fridge is a quality product.
