Not Worth the Investment
This product was a HUGE disappointment. Although it claims to be designed for aquatic swimmers it does not provide enough resistance to actually improve your strength. The only positive thing about this product is that it is lightweight and easy to pack. Unfortunately, that is not enough to justify the high price tag .Save your money and invest in a more effective training tool. Sports and Outdoors enthusiasts should avoid this product..
