Despite reviews, the attachments are great, you just have to turn the connector the opposite way a turn, a little counter intuitive, but once you get it, it's super easy! The placement of the switch is so convenient, my only complaint is I have hit it with my elbow on more than one occasion and it shuts off.minor inconvenience. I also ordered the hose with the 90 degree attachment to the machine because the straight one does pull out. I love this vacuum!
