I put 4 not for the product, but for the useless courier. Got pros: Easy assembly, cool design. The chair is comfortable and ergonomic. Got cons: A useless courier who arrived at a different address and couldn't park. As a result, I had to drag a hefty box 500m to my house, although I paid for the delivery.
