By the nuances - the sound is jammed during active training, especially on the blocks, when you throw your head back. The lace, of course, can be tightened, but I'm uncomfortable. There is no such problem while running. The receiver power is small, it really does not like walls and corners, so it is better that the transmitter is in direct line of sight and not far away. Well, so, I repeat - a good option, but for the money - generally chic!
